Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for consulting services and educational products purchased from Beambeamfresh.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through Beambeamfresh, including lifestyle consulting sessions, programme enrolments, and educational product bundles. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL, including rights to remedies for services or products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

2. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Under the ACL, you are entitled to consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any specified purpose, and be delivered within a reasonable time. Products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose.

If a service or product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor. These statutory rights exist independently of this Refund Policy and cannot be excluded.

3. Consulting Services

3.1 Essentials Consult (Single Session)

  • Before the session: Full refund available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Within 48 hours: No refund is available, but rescheduling may be offered subject to consultant availability.
  • After the session: No refund is available once the session has been conducted and the written summary has been delivered, except where required by the ACL.

3.2 Rhythm Programme (Multi-Session)

  • Before the first session: Full refund of the programme fee minus a $25 administrative charge if cancelled at least 7 days before the first scheduled session.
  • After the first session: Partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered sessions. Completed sessions and delivered materials are non-refundable.
  • After the third session: No refund available for remaining sessions except where required by the ACL.

3.3 Household Plan

  • Before the first session: Full refund minus a $35 administrative charge if cancelled at least 7 days before the first scheduled session.
  • After sessions begin: Pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions only. Joint schedule documents already delivered are non-refundable.

3.4 Session No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund or rescheduling credit is provided unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.

4. Educational Products

4.1 Educational Bundle (Digital Access)

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available if you have accessed fewer than two guide documents and have not downloaded bulk materials.
  • After 7 days or substantial access: No refund available except where the product fails to meet ACL consumer guarantees.

4.2 Standalone Digital Guides

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Refund available if the guide has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • After download or access: No refund available as digital products cannot be returned once accessed, except where required by the ACL.

5. 21-Day Schedule Review Module Add-On

The Schedule Review Module is an optional add-on to the Rhythm Programme. If purchased separately:

  • Full refund available if requested within 3 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 3 daily prompts.
  • No refund after 3 days or after accessing more than 3 daily prompts.

When included as part of the Rhythm Programme, the module add-on fee is refunded on the same pro-rata basis as the parent programme.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable except where required by the ACL:

  • Administrative fees explicitly identified at the time of purchase.
  • Services already delivered, including completed consulting sessions and delivered written summaries.
  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed beyond the thresholds described above.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as venue hire for in-person events if applicable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following information:

  1. Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase.
  2. Order or invoice reference number.
  3. Service or product purchased and date of purchase.
  4. Reason for the refund request.
  5. Supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., evidence of service not delivered as described).

Send refund requests to assist@beambeamfresh.world with the subject line "Refund Request". We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

9. Cancellations by Beambeamfresh

If we cancel a scheduled session or programme due to consultant unavailability or other circumstances within our control, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the affected session or programme component.

If we discontinue an educational product during your access period, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused access period or alternative access to comparable materials.

10. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and attempt to reach a fair resolution. If a satisfactory outcome cannot be reached, you may contact Consumer and Business Services South Australia or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for guidance on your consumer rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
